On Sunday the ExpressiveBikes Demo Team headed to Pomona on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast for the King of the Mountain Festival. After three cool demos we grabbed a few short clips of Lewis and Borys mucking around on the concrete pipes and blocks the organisers had provided. Luckly we had the camera rolling when Borys took a very funny tumble off the bike. Make sure you watch to the end…
TNN is Totally Wild
This video clip is from the Channel 10 show Totally Wild and features a segment about TNN Engineering and manufacturing trials brake pads. The TNN segment starts about 5 minutes in after the item on Segways.
This is the third story Totally Wild has done on trials so it is great to see the mainstream exposure they are giving the sport.
If you want to watch the segment on TV it will be screened at 8am tomorrow morning on Channel 10.

Despite competing himself Melbourne rider Paul Gerloff managed to capture a bit of footage of the recent national rounds held in Queensland. Melbourne duo, and top two finishers Joe Brewer and Andrew Dickey feature heavily along with a few other familiar faces in mix. Well worth a watch. Nice work Paul.

Results: Trials Weekend July 3-4
Wow, in a whirlwind of rain, sunshine, sickness, crashes, awesome riding, cold wind, trophies, broken forks and much more the 2010 Queensland Trials Weekend has come and gone. This annual event comprises 2 rounds of the Australian National Series with the scores from both days combined to reveal an overall weekend champion.

This year saw Victoria take home the glory with Joe Brewer claiming the top spot and the $250 cash prize donated by ExpressiveBikes. The current Australian champion finished with a combined score of only 12 dabs after 2 days of riding.
Second place overall went to Andrew Dickey (left) on 26 dabs and Nathan Mummery (right) took third place with 77 dabs. This made it a clean sweep for the Victorians making their trip to Queensland well worth their while. Jack Mullaly took 4th overall for Queensland on 84 dabs.

Lewis – First Ever Demos
Recently the ExpressiveBikes team performed at the Mudgeeraba show where we were joined by 12 year old Lewis Menzani. Lewis rides regularly with the Queensland Bike Trials Club and other Gold Coast riders Tim Mullaly, Greg Baker and Dave Dolby. Lewis is a Mudgeeraba local so it was the perfect opportunity for his first demos. Borys Zagrocki has put together a little video of Lewis riding, well worth a watch.
